FOR SALE
« on: January 14, 2023, 10:24:57 AM »
Well gentlemen, with all of the activity in my life I find that life just gets more difficult, never easier.

With my son gone, we are now raising our granddaughter, and I forgot how much time raising kids can consume. Between going to school events, teacher conferences, plays, etc., the time sink is incredible.

My wife and I both still work full time, my wife works 48 hours a week, and I work right around 60 hours each week.

Add in time spent doing home repairs, lawn mowing, snow removal, auto repairs, my own laundry, cooking some of the meals and helping to keep the house clean, I never seem to find time to get into the shop anymore. My machines and tools are collecting dust.

After careful consideration, I have decided that it is time for some things to go, and I am getting rid of it all. A list of items is available below, feel free to PM me if you are interested in any of them and we can discuss prices. I will be very reasonable as I would prefer that these things go to friends rather than strangers. As items are sold, I will edit this post to strike the items that are no longer available. Reasonable offers will be considered, but please do not insult me with ridiculously lowball offers.

  • Hoover vacuum cleaner
  • Ariens snow blower
  • Toro self-propelled lawn mower with mulching capabilities and bagger attachment.
  • (3) Snow shovels
  • (2) Lawn rakes
  • Full set of dishes and silverware - you don't have to wash paper plates or plastic silverware.
  • (3) Dog leashes - the little buggers can walk themselves.
  • Whirlpool natural gas range and oven - cooking wastes time and the range wastes space if it isn't used.
  • LG front load washer and drier - units are stackable.
  • General Electric clothes iron
  • Generic ironing board
  • I will also sell you any other BS that you care to believe.  :D

How much for all of it? Bundle price? Maybe trade? Flip, double or free? Free shipping? Last one, so better buy it. lifetime free returns? Lifetime guarantee? Are batteries included? Take a check? Let me think about it.

Yahoo, the bridge comes as parts. You can finish one section before the next one arrives. Way to go Terry!!!   :))

IIR someone was looking for a vs lathe ?
Going thru my morning emails.  Not “cheap” but also remember the used guys always always ask exorbitant money out of the box.    If not circular file it.

Wow, used manual machines are out of control expensive now.

Also, I didn't know Bridgeport made lathes.

Bridgeport didn't make lathes.  They bought and rebadged Romi lathes which I believe were made in Brazill.

Funny thing is that the one in the photo was rebadged as a DoAll...

I noticed that too Terry.   I was basing  more on the descriptions vs the pics.
