It's that time of year again. Woke up to about 4" of fresh wet snow and still coming down.

We visited with my wife's sister's family over Thanksgiving and drove all the way home yesterday in the snow. Roads were fine until we got about 50 miles from home. Had a few sketchy stretches and then it got better.

What is snow? Does it come in different thicknesses? How much does it cost? Does it come in different colors? Can I get it on Amazon?

Just a bit unusual in recent history. Used to get snow this early back when I was a kid, but we usually don't get snow until late December or January.
First snows are normally just an inch or less. Wasn't expecting snow at all let alone 4+ inches.
