3d printed sailboat cover
« on: July 12, 2018, 10:16:48 PM »
I printed this part for my brothers sailboat using ABS filament. It was my first time printing with ABS and had to do a few small test pieces to get the size correct, I ended up scaling the model up 10 percent to account for shrinkage.

Nicely done. I’ve neber considered a 3D printer, but it seems when they come in handy, they’re really handy!

Thanks!

The printer definetly has come in handy! Ive made more things with it than I thought I would. I can make things that would be very hard to machine, it almost seems like cheating  ;D
