I stumbled onto a small drill press a couple of months ago. There's no manufacturers name on it other than a tag that says "Kimray, Inc." The only Kimray that is to be found is out of Oklahoma City, OK. They are a manufacturer of liquid level controllers and instrumentation used in the oilfield and chemical industry. So there's a good chance they built these to use in their manufacturing for drilling small holes. I'm guessing these were built in the early 1970's.
If anyone might know something I don't know, please share.
