Information on boring bars & deep hole boring
« on: May 16, 2023, 06:32:54 AM »
Here is a 3-part PDF series about deep hole boring and boring bars.
This is the final product that an old acquaintance on H-M sent me a draft copy of many years ago. He'd asked me to not share it until he'd completed it.
Mikey (H-M user name) has completed writing this series and given permission to share it. I hope the information is accurate and helpful.

It was pointed out to me that the authors permission should have been posted as well.
Probably not the best solution, but I took a screen shot of the Private Message granting permission to share it.

I'm surprised they haven't booted me. I'm never on the site except to find things I posted from back in the day.
Someone gave me a Gold Member status when I auctioned off a bunch of items from an auction I'd bought and having the proceeds donated to the site back when most of the people here were still members, moderators, and/or Administrators.
BTW, nice ribbing. LOL  :P

That screenshot should do the trick. CYA is the name of the game anymore, so we have to do it in some circumstances. Thanks for posting it.
