A new lease on life

A fiend of mine bought a boatload of chicken house trusses.
Hes willing to trade me some ladder trusses in excange for blasting and painting the C-H-T.
So this afternoon, I stripped and sprayed the first of 12.
I will do another tomorrow, maybe 2 if the paint flashes off fast enough.

I sure hope you are wearing the appropriate respirator, especially if you are using blasting media that has silica sand as part of its makeup.
You boys better hold on cause i'm gonna have to stand on it!

Very Nice! Wish I had an air compressor big enough to blast like that. I don't have that kind of CFM :-[

I have a positive pressure hood that has an air cooler, fed by a hepa fresh air can!
This aint no 2 bit opperation! I went 3 bit!  ;) ;D

I learned along time ago that if you get grit in your teeth while blasting, you dont have enough filtration.

One more truss done today. That leaves 3 more in the pile, and he asked if I can have them done in 2 weeks.
