inserting a link
« on: November 20, 2018, 09:43:03 AM »
I have seen this a few times now. I pasted a link into the pane and the text becomes real small.
If I use the hyperlink (2nd link) it corrects the situation.  Admittedly the first link was not using the insert link button. But this should not happen. Any idea why it is happening?

If you copy something from a website or the like, the format is often also copied. Including the text size. Some text blocks (where I'm typing right now) sometimes have the option to "paste as plain text", which doesn't paste the formatting.

Alternatively, you could paste the text them correct the formatting with the format options above the text block. (Font size )

That was the url from my browser location, so not text from the website.

I have many times corrected the format, but I can't for the life of me understand why it keeps doing this.
