I'm real sure there are some good ones with this crowd.

What do you do with an old 3 light, pole lamp? Make a drop light out of it of course.

Car board is still my favorite creeper

I re-purposed an old quartz lamp housing. You know the square aluminum housing? Gutted the quartz bulb parts and refitted a standard lamp ( 60 watt) set the whole deal onto some telescoping pipes and welded it to a old brake drum.  It works great for getting light where needed but never bulky - in the way.  Never thought to try it but it could lay down easily too!  :sign0098:

Yeah, the next time I need to replace the lamp, I want to refit it with an LED type.
