600v electric motor rewire
« on: October 02, 2020, 06:32:38 AM »
Is it possible, then second to that, economical, to have a 600v motor rewired to 240v 3ph?

I don't think they can rewire a 600 volt motor to 230 volts.  Has something to do with the rotor.  And of course the winding is much smaller on a 600 volt motor, too.
