I don't know how much it costs, but it's one for the memory banks, if you ever need something like this.

it's for deburring cross drilled holes. Nice idea.

wish I knew how to fix the copy paste always being small letters on this board, the only place it happens is Machinist Gazette.

What method of Copy/Paste are you using ?
It may be the methodology used causing your issue.

whether I use control c, control v
or right click copy, right click paste, or combo
it does it. And it's annoying.

It does it on my computer, I've tried my wifes computer, same, it did it on my old computer.

I use chrome.

Does the problem happen with text, links or both ?
Apple computer, PC, both ?
I'm no expert at this by a long shot, but try an intermediate step of copy/paste to Notepad and then copy/paste from Notepad and see if the issue still happens.
This link might help in figuring out the issue:

PC, I don't use notepad, hate the thing, I use VI a *Nix editor. it's pure text, no unicode, no garbage..

yea, that's not it. This is just straight a URL from the browsers location area, and it pastes and destroys the text.

Do you paste directly into the text box or use the "Insert Hyperlink" button ?
I tend to use the "Insert Hyperlink" button from previous issues I experienced with direct paste.
Not sure how this will turn out, but first link is direct paste and second used "Insert Hyperlink" button.

Didn't matter this time. Seems both ways worked. I'm using Dell PC with Windows 7 Professional.

Jeff, what's your screen resolution? Do you use a big computer screen?

Have you tried "paste as plain text"?

no, I just do a normal copy paste. The url is not text with encoding. Nor is the vi text. I will give it a shot next time if I remember, but I doubt I will remember. copy paste is a basic function... this works on all the other forums I'm a member of.. not here.

That's a neat looking deburring tool.  If I ever have a need for one, I know where to go for one.

Thanks for sharing.  Ken
