Looks nice, too nice for a basement. Based on the time it took you, I'd say that's not much money for the time/product / profit.

The fireplace is actually water vapor.
I made the aluminum top and sprayed it. (well, I made everything lol) only work I didn't do was, the trade work, drywall mudding, the bathroom (this time), and I had a little bit of help with framing (until Matt shot himself in the finger with the nailgun....)

We all made money. I got my wages (I'm paid fairly well for a carpenter). But Marc isn't rich yet. He makes a small profit but mostly wages. He spent a lot of time behind the scenes
