It's a Clausing 5300.  Here's a low quality pic from when I got it.  I can't get a better one at the moment because it has stuff piled around it.

So what is the slightly bigger Clausing?

The one shown is big enough for most work,

Nice upgrade! I have a Clausing 6900. Itís been good to me for decades. Can hold tenths all day long on it. Have had an itching for a 10EE, but nothing has turned up on my door step yet. As for now, life is good, so I just talk about the 10EE. Please enjoy your new lathe!ÖDave

The 6900 is nice.  If I had one of those it wouldn't be going anywhere.

It only takes room and money. Sounds easy enough anyway ::)

When you grow up with a dad that was raised among hillbillies in the Ozarks of Missouri you learn so many like that you toss them around daily and never even give them a second thought! LOL Here is another one. This one would be used in response to a discussion of either bettering yourself in life, or perhaps looking for a better paying job, so here ya go guys.
